海上油田注水系统防腐研究与腐蚀检测分析

Study on Anti-corrosion of Water Injection System in Offshore Oilfield and Analysis of Corrosive Test

油田注水已成为当今石油工业中促进油田高产、稳产的重要手段之一,而注水系统腐蚀问题是影响油田安全生产的重要因素。本文首先对注水系统的腐蚀因素进行阐述,随后从物理及化学两方面对防腐措施进行探讨,以此指导现场防腐工作的开展。渤海某油田以化学防腐为主,在注水系统中加注注水防腐剂、脱氧剂及杀菌剂,通过ER探针法及挂片法检测油田注水管线腐蚀情况,确认该油田注水管线为轻度腐蚀。

Water reinjection in oil field has become one of the important means to promote high and stable production,and the corrosion of water reinjection system is an important factor affecting oilfield safety production.This article first expounds the corrosion factors of water injection system,and then discusses the anti-corrosion measures from the physical and chemical aspects,so as to guide the oil field anti-corrosion work.An oil field in the Bohai sea mainly prevent corrosion by chemical methods.In the water injection system,corrosion inhibitor,oxygen scavenger and biocide are added.Test the corrosion status of water injection pipelines in oil fields by the method of corrosion coupon and ER probe.It is confirmed that the water injection pipelines is mild corrosion.
