摘要
径向钻孔是改善非均质性条带状砂体油水井受效差的有效手段,而径向钻孔参数优化是充分发挥径向钻孔技术开发作用的基础。本文以胜利油田某条带状砂体为原型,在分析该砂体剩余油分布特征的基础上,探讨了径向钻孔技术开发该类砂体的适应性,并借助数值模拟技术开展了径向钻孔参数优化研究。研究结果表明:在薄互层低渗透油藏条带状砂体中,剩余油多集中分布于扇跟及注采对应关系不完善区域;径向钻孔可以准确地对剩余油富集部位进行挖潜增产,能够有效提高低渗透薄互层条带状砂体的动用程度;当钻孔方位为NE20°,长度为80m,数量为1分支时,胜利油田某条带状低渗透薄互层砂体的开发效果最优。该研究为提高薄互层低渗透油藏条带状砂体采收率提供了可靠手段。
Radial drilling is an effective means to improve the poor performance of oil wells in thin interbedded low permeability reservoirs.The optimization of radial drilling parameters is the key point for fully playing to the radial drilling.In this paper,the parameters of radial drilling are optimized based on a strip sand of Shengli oilfield.The adaptability of radial drilling and optimization of parameters was finished using numerical simulation after the analysis of the remaining oil in the strip sand.The remaining oil is concentrated in the area of the fan heel and the field where the corresponding relationship between injection and production is poor.The radial drilling technology can accurately enhance the recovery of the remaining oil in interbedded low permeability reservoir.When the drilling direction is NE20°,length of the radial well is 80 meters and the number of radial well is one,the performance of the strip and of interbedded low permeability reservoir in Shengli oilfield is the best.This study provides a reliable way to improve the recovery of strip sand bodies in thin interbedded low permeability reservoirs.
