单层保温配重海管失效原因分析

摘要 单层保温配重管是一种常见的海底管道,综合多条同样结构的海管的运行情况来看,此类海管在节点处往往出现严重的外部腐蚀,腐蚀发展迅速,多则十余年,少则两三年就需要对海管进行维修甚至是换管,给油田造成严重的经济损失。本文对回收的单层海管进行解剖分析,对腐蚀产物成分分析和腐蚀模拟实验等手段对海管的失效机理进行深入分析,以期为类似工作提供参考。 The single layer thermal insulated pipeline with concrete weighted coating is widely applied in the offshore oil fields.In the inspection of the operation condition of such pipelines,serious external corrosion defects are found at the joints.The high corrosion rate requires that the pipelines be repaired or even replaced within three to ten years,which results in great economic losses for the oil field.In this paper,the failure mechanism of the recovered single layer pipelines are analyzed by means of corrosion product composition analysis and corrosion simulation experiments,providing guidance for similar construction conditions.
