碱木素堵水冻胶的改性处理研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前我国东部陆上的主要油田均已逐步进入高含水开发后期,注入水易沿主流线方向窜进,加剧了油藏平面与层间动用的不均衡程度。基于低成本碱木素冻胶的深部调剖堵水技术已成为控制含水上升速度、提高油藏采收率的重要技术之一。但是对于高温高盐油藏,常规的碱木素冻胶很难满足苛刻的油藏条件对体系强度和有效期的的需要。本文系统总结调研了近年来碱木素堵剂的研究进展,分析了碱木素堵剂的应用现状及其存在的问题。针对这些问题,从韧性改善和强度改善两个方面进行进行改性处理,最终形成两种具有超高韧性和超高强度的新型碱木素冻胶体系,满足油田现场调剖堵水作业的要求。 At present,the main oil fields in the eastern land of China have gradually entered the later development stage of high water content,and the injected water is easy to flow along the main line,which aggravates the imbalance between the oil reservoir plane and the layer.The technique of deep profile control and water shutoff based on low cost alkali lignin gel has become one of the most important techniques for controlling water rising speed and improving oil recovery.However,for high temperature and high salt reservoirs,conventional alkali-lignin gels are difficult to meet the requirements of severe reservoir conditions for system strength and validity.This paper systematically summarized the research progress of Alkali lignin plugging agent in recent years,and analyzed the application status and existing problems of alkali lignin plugging agent.In view of these problems,the modified treatment was carried out from two aspects of toughness improvement and strength improvement,and finally two kinds of new alkali lignin gel systems with ultra-high toughness and ultra-high strength were formed to meet the requirements of field profile control and water shutoff operations.
