Analysis of Hydrocarbon Composition in Coal Direct Liquefaction Oil Residue Extraction Solvent Coal Tar Washing Oil

煤焦油洗油作为煤直接液化油渣萃取项目重要萃取溶剂,其烃类组成直接影响煤直接液化性能和油渣萃取效能。本文建立了固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(SPE-GC-MS)测定煤焦油洗油烃类组成,可完全满足快速、准确分析煤焦油洗油烃类组成的要求,对油渣萃取工艺具有一定的指导意义。

Coal tar washing oil is an important extraction solvent for coal direct liquefied oil residue extraction.Its hydrocarbon composition affects the direct liquefaction performance of coal and the extraction efficiency of oil residue directly.In this paper,a SPE-GC-MS method for the determination of hydrocarbon composition of Coal tar washing oil is established,which can fully meet the requirements for rapid and accurate analysis of hydrocarbon composition in coal tar washing oil.It has certain guiding significance to the oil residue extraction process.
