微锰在高密度水基钻井液中加重性能分析

摘要 微锰加重剂作为国外研发的一种新型钻井液加重材料,目前其在高密度水基钻井液中的加重性能有待深入研究。本文综述了国内外微锰在水基钻井液中的加重性能研究的发展现状,调研了加重剂的评价方法以及其对高密度水基钻井液性能影响及其机理分析。通过微锰与API重晶石单独加重以及复配加重,将微锰在高密度水基钻井液中的加重性能研究拓展到密度2.6g/cm^3,从流变性、滤失性、润滑性、沉降稳定性及抗温性综合评价微锰的加重性能。结果表明,微锰加重高密度水基钻井液的流变性、润滑性和沉降稳定性明显优于重晶石体系,而滤失性能较差,不过这点可以通过与重晶石复配得以改善。API重晶石与微锰复配加重体系下(ρ=2.6g/cm^3),复配比例为60∶40时高密度水基钻井液的滤失流变性最优,润滑性和沉降稳定性也较好,钻井液抗温可达160℃。 As a new type of drilling fluid weighting material developed abroad,the weighting performance of micro-manganese in high density water-based drilling fluid needs to be studied deeply.In this paper,the development status of the research on the weighting properties of micro-manganese in water-based drilling fluid at home and abroad is reviewed,the evaluation method of weighting agent and its influence on the performance of high density water-based drilling fluid and its mechanism analysis were investigated.In this paper,the weighting properties of manganese in high density water-based drilling fluid were extended to density 2.6 g/cm^3 by the individual exacerbation of micro-manganese and API barite,and the exacerbation of the compound(quality ratio,the same below),and the weighting properties of micro-manganese were comprehensively evaluated from rheology,filtration,lubricity,sag stability and temperature resistance.The results show that the rheology,lubricity and sag stability of the high density water-based drilling fluid of micro-manganese are significantly better than that of the barite system,but the filtration performance is poor,while this can be improved by the compound with barite.Under the system of API barite and micro-manganese compound exacerbation 60:40,the filtration rheology of high density water-based drilling fluid is optimal,the lubrication and settlement stability are better,and the temperature resistance of drilling fluid can reach 160℃.
