煤层顶板水力喷射压裂技术应用研究

摘要 XX井目的煤层属于碎裂-碎粒煤及糜棱煤,通过对该井采用顶板压裂技术、水力喷射压裂技术、多粒径组合技术及变排量施工技术,优选压裂方式、射孔位置、压裂管柱组合,对管柱进行力学分析,优化压裂设计,成功进行了压裂施工。该井的成功应用,充分证明了顶板压裂技术对低渗透碎软煤层压裂改造的可行性及有效性。 The target coal seam of XX well belongs to cataclastic-granular coal and mylonite coal.Through adopting roof fracturing technology,hydraulic jet fracturing technology,multi-particle size combination technology and variable displacement construction technology,optimizing the fracturing method,perforation location and fracturing string combination,carrying out the mechanical analysis of the string and optimizing the fracturing design,the fracturing construction have successfully been carried out.The successful application of this well fully proves the feasibility and effectiveness of roof fracturing technology in fracturing reconstruction of broken soft coal seam with low permeability.
