朝鲜鹌鹑体重与胸肌重的相关及回归分析

摘要 为了解朝鲜鹌鹑体重与胸肌重之间的相关性,利用SAS 9.0统计分析软件对300只38日龄朝鲜鹌鹑的胸肌重和不同日龄体重进行了相关分析和通径分析,并建立了估测胸肌重(Y)的最优回归方程。结果表明,朝鲜鹌鹑10日龄体重(X10)、17日龄体重(X17)、24日龄体重(X24)、31日龄体重(X31)、38日龄体重(X38)与胸肌重之间存在不同程度的正相关,且相关的密切程度有一定的性别差异;除母鹌鹑的10日龄体重(X10)外,公、母鹌鹑的各日龄体重与胸肌重均呈显著或极显著的正相关,提示可以通过各日龄体重的选择改进鹌鹑的胸肌重;母鹌鹑31日龄体重、公鹌鹑38日龄体重对胸肌重的直接影响最大;通过逐步回归分析建立的估测朝鲜鹌鹑胸肌重的最优回归方程为,母鹌鹑:Y=6.779+0.15X31,公鹌鹑:Y=4.524+0.14X31,2个方程的回归系数均达到极显著水平,对胸肌重的预测具有一定的应用价值。 In order to investigate the relationship between body weight and breast muscle weight of Korea quail, the correlation and path analysis between breast muscle weight in 38-day age and body weight of different days of 300 Korea quails were conducted by using SAS(9.0) software, and the optimum regression equation for estimating the breast muscle weight of Korea quail was established. The results showed that the 10-day age weight(X10), 17-day age weight(X17), 24-day age weight(X24),31-days weight(X31) and 38-day age weight(X38) were correlated with breast muscle weight in different degrees, and the correlation degree variation showed gender difference. Except 10-day age body weight of female quail, the body weights of most observing days were significantly positively correlated with breast muscle weight, indicating that the breast muscle weight would be improved by increasing the body weights of different days. The 31-day age body weight of female and 38-day age body weight of male quail showed the highest direct influence on breast muscle weight. The optimal regression equations established by stepwise regression analysis for estimating breast muscle weight of Korea quails were Y=6.779+0.15X31 for female and Y=4.524+0.14X31 for male, respectively. The regression coefficients of the two equations were both very significant, which could be used to predict the breast muscle weight for Korea quails.
