摘要
黑色素是一类具有光保护、体外抗病毒等作用的生物多聚体,其在药品、保健品和化妆品的开发领域都有着非常广阔的应用前景。对生物体内外黑色素的生物合成过程、鉴定方法和功能以及影响其合成的因素等进行了阐述。
Melanin is a kind of biological polymer with light protection, anti-virus in vitro and other functions, which has been widely used in medicine, health care and cosmetic industry. In this paper, the biosynthetic process of melanin in the organisms inside and outside, the identification method, the function of melanin and the factors affecting its synthesis are reviewed.
