摘要
Ras相关的C3肉毒素底物1(Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1,Rac1)是Rho GTP酶家族的Rac亚家族中的一员。该家族编码的蛋白质因分子量只有20~30 ku而被称为小G蛋白,具有GTP酶活性,在多种细胞反应中具有开关作用。Rac1有多种生物学功能,可调控细胞极性、吞噬作用、细胞迁移、囊泡的转运以及调节肌动蛋白骨架的形成等。从研究概况、作用机制、生物学功能等方面,对Rac1基因的研究进展进行了综述,以期为进一步阐明Rac1的生物学功能及其作用机理提供理论依据。
Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1(Rac1) is a member of the Rac subfamily of Rho GTP enzyme family. The proteins coded by Rho GTP enzyme family always range from 20 to 30 ku and are known as the small GTPase, which express the GTPase activity and always serve as a switch in a variety of cell reactions. Rac1 has a series of biological functions, such as cell polarity regulation, phagocytosis, cell migration, vesicle transport and the formation of actin cytoskeleton regulation. The research progress of Rac1 gene is reviewed in the aspect of general situation, mechanism and biological function, so as to provide theoretical basis for further clarifying the biological function and its mechanism of Rac1.
