羊心脏塑化标本制作及其在解剖组织学教学中的应用

Preparation of Goat Heart Plasticizing Specimens and Its Application in Anatomy and Histology Teaching

利用液态高分子多聚化合物单体作为塑化剂并结合工作实践制作羊心脏塑化标本,其基本步骤可分为固定、脱水、真空浸渍和硬化处理,其中真空浸渍为关键步骤。采用该方法制作的羊心脏塑化标本外形饱满、自然、美观,既可以作为教学标本应用于教学,也可以作为精美的工艺品展示。

Combining with the author′ working practice, the cardiac plasticizing samples from goat is prepared by using polymer monomer of liquid polymer compound as plasticizer. The basic process can be divided into fixation, dehydration, vacuum impregnation and hardening treatment, among them, vacuum impregnation is a critical process. The cardiac plasticizing samples from goat are apparently plump, natural and delight which can be used as samples to serve teaching and exquisite crafts to exhibit in hall.
