摘要
犬食道梗阻是指食道被摄食食物或误咽异物所阻塞。异物阻塞可以分类为完全阻塞和不完全阻塞。在临床表现上主要是以突然出现吞咽困难、呕吐为特征。介绍了2例犬食道梗阻的病例,分别采取胃镜探查和外科手术的方法治疗食道梗阻中的不完全阻塞和完全阻塞。
Canine esophageal obstruction refers to the esophagus is obstructed by food or mis-swallowing foreign body. Foreign body obstruction can be classified as complete obstruction and incomplete obstruction. The clinical manifestation is mainly characterized by sudden difficulty in swallowing and vomiting. Two clinical cases of canine esophageal obstruction were reported in this paper, one case was complete obstruction and the other was incomplete obstruction. Gastroscope and surgery were used to treat the complete and incomplete obstruction cases, respectively.
