摘要 间充质干细胞是一种具有自我复制能力和多向分化潜能的多能干细胞,在兽医临床逐渐成为研究的热点。犬是一种理想的实验动物模型,经常被用于新药或治疗方法的疗效与安全性测试。犬间充质干细胞在犬病治疗上的应用将有助于人类疾病的研究,而目前犬间充质干细胞的分离方法、培养条件、纯化技术、鉴定方法等基础性研究仍较少,临床应用的标准还没有建立,治疗疾病的范围仅限于骨与软骨损伤的修复和炎症性疾病等。为此,综述犬间充质干细胞的来源、鉴定方法、临床应用和存在的问题,以期为相关研究人员提供参考。 Mesenchymal stem cells are a type of pluripotent stem cells with the ability of self-replication and multiple differentiation potential. In veterinary clinic, the use of mesenchymal stem cells has gradually become a research hotspot. Canine is an ideal experimental animal model which has frequently been used to evaluate the preclinical efficacy and safety testing of novel drugs and treatments. Application of canine mesenchymal stem cells in canine diseases is useful for the study of human diseases. Nowadays, there are few studies on separation method, culture condition, purification technology and identification method of canine mesenchymal stem cells. The standard of clinical application has not been established. The application of mesenchymal stem cells of canine in clinical therapy is limited in damage repair of bone and cartilage and inflammatory diseases. The purpose of this paper is to review the source, identification, clinical application and existing problems of the canine mesenchymal stem cells and to provide some references for related researchers.
