摘要
教育对象、教学环境及教育工作者的素养等是决定职业教育中工学结合的教育模式能否取得成功的关键因素。以上述因素为中心,针对当前职业教育所面临的一些客观问题,进行了较系统的分析并提出了对策。
The education object, teaching environment and education workers′ quality are key factors for the success of the educational model of learning and working combination in the vocational education. Aiming at the practical difficulties in current vocational education, a systematic analysis is made and some countermeasures are proposed.
