高寒地区奶牛乳头药浴液效果对比验证分析

Comparison and Analysis of Preventive Effect of Different Teat Dips on Dairy Cow Mastitis in Alpine Region of China

为了验证不同品牌奶牛乳头药浴液在高寒地区的应用效果,降低奶牛乳房炎的发生率,提高牛奶质量,对比了3种不同品牌奶牛乳头药浴液的应用效果。将300头胎次、泌乳天数、体重相近的泌乳奶牛随机分成3个试验组,在牛舍内-20℃的条件下进行试验。结果表明,莫冻牌奶牛乳头药浴液在防冻、杀菌、降低牛奶体细胞数和乳房炎的发生率等方面均具有明显效果;碘甘油奶牛乳头药浴液和露利牌奶牛乳头药浴液仅在杀菌方面起到明显作用。

In order to reduce the incidence of dairy cow mastitis in alpine region of China and to improve the milk quality, the effectiveness of selected commercial teat dips were compared and analyzed. A total of 300 Holstein lactating cows with similar birth order, lactation days and body weight were recruited and randomly divided into three experimental groups. Three brands of commercially available teat dips products were selected to compare their preventive effect on dairy cow mastitis. The experiment was conducted in a dairy farm located in alpine region of China with the environment temperature of-20 ℃. The results showed that the teat dips with brand of 'Modong' exhibited superior effects on antifreezing, sterilization and reducing milk somatic cells and incidence of mastitis. However, glycerin-iodine teat dips and 'Luli' teat dips showed obvious effect on sterilization alone.
