摘要
实践教学体系是实现人才培养目标的关键,针对高职院校《肉制品加工与检测》课程在实践教学中存在的问题,根据职业要求提出相应的教学改革措施。
Practical teaching system is crucial for the achievement of talent cultivation. In view of the existing problems in practical teaching of Meat Products Processing and Detection, some reforming suggestions on teaching of this course are proposed based on the professional requirements in this paper.
