摘要
水通道蛋白是一种广泛存在于动物体各组织部位中的膜蛋白,影响生物机体水代谢的过程。从发现历史、分子结构、调控机制等方面综述了水通道蛋白的研究进展,以期为了解水代谢疾病的发病机制提供依据。
Aquaporin is a kind of membrane protein,which widely distributes in animal tissues and influences the water metabolism process of organism. Here we reviewed the discovering history, molecular structure and regulating system of aquaporin, so as to provide theoretical basis for the understanding of mechanism of water metabolic disorder.
