摘要
目的:制定文冠木药材的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对文冠木中槲皮素进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对文冠木中的槲皮素进行含量测定。结果:药材的薄层色谱斑点清晰,专属性强;槲皮素的线性范围为0.0225~0.1700μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为96.6%(RSD=2.31%,n=6)。结论:方法可行,重复性好,能有效控制文冠木的质量。
Objective:To establish the quality standard for Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.Methods:Quercetin of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge was identified in quality by TLC.The content of quercetin was determined by HPLC.Results:TLC spots developed were fairly clear and better specificity;The linear relationship of quercetin was at the range of 0.0225~0.1700μg,r=0.9996;The average recovery was 96.6%(RSD=2.31%,n=6).Conclusion:Method is feasible and good in reproducibility and can be used for quality control of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.
