非酒精性脂肪性肝病的发病与血脂、血糖和体重指数的关系

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NON-ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER DISEASE AND THE LEVEL OF BOLLD LIPID AND GLUCOSE,BODY MASS INDEX

目的:探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的发病与高血脂、高血糖和超重/肥胖的关系。方法:选择近3年我院体检中心进行健康体检的59976例正常体检人,其中实验组NAFLD24682例,对照组未发生NAFLD 35294例。分析两组总高脂血症、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三脂血症、混合性高脂血症、高血糖症、正常体重指数、超重和肥胖的患病率。结果:实验组总高脂血症、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三腊血症、混合性高脂血症、高血糖症、超重和肥胖的患病率分别是76.40%、13.37%、40.93%、22.09%、49.00%、40.00%和46.67%,比对照组(30.50%、5.76%、15.73%、9.01%、31.00%、35.52%和25.75%)明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,OR>1,促进发病,其95%可信区间内均不包含1)。实验组体重指数正常的患病率13.33%,比对照组(38.91%)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,0R<1,阻止发病,其95%可信区间内不包含1)。结论:本组体检人群中NAFLD患病率偏高,不同类型的高血脂症、高血糖症和不同程度的体重指数增高均为NAFLD发病的危险因素,而体重指数正常为其保护因素。

Objective:To study the relationship between the non- alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) and several index indued blood lipid,glucose and body mass index.Methods;Selected our medical center 59976 cases of normal human in last three year,24682 cases of NAFLD in experiment group and 35294 cases of non- NAFLD as control group.To compare the prevalence rate of hyperlipemia,hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia,mixed hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,body mass index,overweight and obesity between experiment group and control control.Results:The prevalence rate of hyperlipemia,hypercholesterdemia,hypertriglyceridemia,mixed hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,body mass index,overweight and obesity were 76.40%、13.37%、40.93%、22.09%、49.00%、40.00%and46.67%in experiment group,significant higher than the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P < 0.01,OR > 1,promote the disease,its 95%confidence interval does not include 1).The prevalence rate of normal BMI in experiment group was 13.33%,lower than control group(38.91%),the difference was statistically significarce(P<0.01,OR<1,prevent the disease,it's 95%confidence interval does not contain 1).Conclusion:The prevalence of NAFLD was higher in medical group.
