摘要
目的:探讨60岁以上人群的跌倒情况,并进行分析。方法:采用入户询问,调查,查看病历的方法进行访查。结果:该人群发生率5.48%,男性女性发生率分别为5.0%,5.9%。单身和高龄者发生率高于夫妻子女同住和低龄。结论:单身独居和高龄者是跌倒发生的高危人群,家居环境是发生跌倒的主要场所。
Objective:Approaching and analyzing the situation of over 60 years old cohort induced by tumble.Method:Investigating by using the method of home inquiries,researches and viewing charts.Result:The rate of incidence among the cohort is 5.48%;Male and female rates are5.0%and 5.9%,the incidence among the singles and elderly persons is higher than couples,persons live with their children and young persons.Conclusion;The high- risk groups of tumbling are singles and elderly persons,and the main site of tumbling is usually at home.
