摘要
温胆汤是中医治疗湿热性疾病的经典方剂,鉴于目前临床高发的湿熬性疾病,且感邪性质决定了此类痰病缠绵难愈,甚至会出现急危重症,而西医学对温热性疾病的治疗多采用对症治疗的方法且临床复发率较高的现状,根据经典方温胆汤千奈年临床应用的确切疗效,本文通过对近年来温胆汤及其加减方进行临床应用的总结,进而全面、深刻的把握其适应范围和应用规律,使其可以更广泛、有效的应用于临床。
