摘要
次级骨化中心发育不良是导致骨骼生长发育障碍和肢体畸形的重要因素之一,引起次级骨化中心发育不良的相关因素甚多,并且这些因素可以独立作用,也可能是多因素相互作用、相互影响的级联反应,其中细胞凋亡与次级骨化中心发育关系密切。本文就次级骨化中心发育中相关调控因素作一综述,以期初步揭示众多因素在次级骨化中心发育中的作用。
The secondary ossification center is one of the major factors which influence the dysgenopathy of skeleton and anamorphotic limbs and trunk,while the factors cause this dysontogenesis are affluent.They can be independently acted as well as many factors be mutual effect and influence each other in a cascaded way.Moreover,cell apoptosis has very close relation with secondary ossification center.This paper gives a summary on the regulation and effect of dysontogenesis in secondary ossification center in order to reveal the impact of diverse factors on the secondary ossification center.
