促进肌腱愈合及预防肌腱粘连的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 手部肌腱损伤术后易导致肌腱粘连,随着对肌腱愈合过程认识的不断深入及与医学相关科学的不断发展,为预防肌腱粘连提供了多种了有效途径,虽然大多数研究还仅限于动物实验,但为预防肌腱粘连提供了新的方向。本文就对预防肌腱粘连的作用机制及特点进行了探讨,以便更好地了解各个环节对预防肌腱粘连的作用。 It easily leads to tendon adhesion after the operation of hand tendon injury. With increasingly deepened cognition of the tendon healing process and continuous development of sciences related to medicine,a variety of effective approaches are provided to prevent tendon adhesion. Although most researches are only limited to animal experiments,new orientations are provided for prevention of tendon adhesion. In this paper,a discussion is made for action mechanisms and relevant characteristics of tendon adhesion prevention,so as to have a better understanding of functions of various links for preventing tendon adhesion.
