摘要
隐神经营养血管皮瓣由于其具有邻近转移、切取简便、不伤害主干血管,皮瓣感觉较好,皮肤质量好等诸多优点,临床应用越来越广泛。本文就该皮瓣的动脉血供解剖基础及临床应用进行了简要综述,并对数字化重建技术在隐神经营养血管皮瓣血供的可视化研究提出了展望。
Saphenous neurocutaneous flap transfer is more and more widely applied in clinical since it has nearby,take is easy,do not harm main blood vessels,skin feels good,the skin quality is good,and many other advantages. In this paper,the artery of the flap of the anatomic basis and clinical application are reviewed,and the prospect of visualization research on the blood supply of saphenous neurocutaneous flap was put forward.
