对当代中医基础理论发展情况的思考

中医基础理论是中医学的核心。古人通过哲学思想的渗透、医疗经验的积累和自然科学的发展,创立了中医基础理论。《黄帝内经》的出现构建了中医理论体系的基本框架,为中医学的发展奠定了基础。近代对中医基础理论的研究取得了一定的进展,但发展缓慢,因此阻碍了中医临床的发展。当代社会对中医的研究取得了一些创造性的飞跃,诞生了许多新观点、新理论与新技术。我们要正确处理好对中医基础理论传承与发展的关系,使中医基础理论早日更好的和现代科学理论相结合,被世人所接受。

The ancients created the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine by the influence of philosophical thought,by the accumulation of clinical experience,by the development of natural science. The emergence of Inner Canon of Huangdi built the basic framework of traditional Chinese medicine's theoretical system,laid the groundwork for the development of traditional Chinese medicine. The research of traditional Chinese medicine in modern times had made some progress,but progressed slowly. Also,the clinic of traditional Chinese medicine developed slowly. In the contemporary society,the research of traditional Chinese medicine has made fast progress,produced some new idea,theory,and technology. We should handle the relationship between inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine correctly. Combine traditional Chinese medicine with modern scientific theory earlier and better. Gain acceptance of the world.
