摘要
甲状旁腺损伤是颈部手术,尤其是甲状腺手术的常见并发症,在颈部恶性肿瘤根治性手术中,尤其是甲状腺癌或甲状旁腺肿瘤手术中最常见,相关文献报道术后甲状旁腺功能减退的发生率在0.5%-1.0%,最高有30%的报道。永久性甲状旁腺功能减退症会给病人带来巨大的痛苦、经济负担及心理创伤。近些年来随着外科技术、医疗器械、生物材料及技术的不断发展,甲状旁腺自体移植已广泛应用,用于防止颈部术后甲状旁腺功能的减退,本文通过查阅近些年来国内外文献,对颈部手术甲状旁腺自体移植的处理现状及进展作一综述。
parathyroid injury is a common complication of neck surgery,especially in thyroid surgery,radical surgery in the neck malignancies,especially thyroid cancer or parathyroid surgery. after the relevant literature hypoparathyroidism incidence of 0. 5% to 1. 0%,the highest 30% of the reports. Permanent hypoparathyroidism patients will bring great pain,psychological trauma and economic burden. In recent years with the development of surgical techniques,medical devices,bio- materials and technology,parathyroid autograft has been widely used to prevent loss of the neck after parathyroid function. This article,a review of literature in recent years,since the treatment of neck surgery parathyroid autograft status and progress.
