摘要 细胞自噬是包括人类在内的所有真核细胞中将细胞内变形、衰老或损伤的蛋白质和细胞器在溶酶体腔中消化清除而维持其稳态平衡的一种降解途径。细胞自噬机制的改变与多种疾病相关,如癌症、神经退化、心肌病、糖尿病、肝病、自体免疫疾病和感染等。但细胞自噬的调节机制是一个相当复杂的过程,本文就自噬分子机制及信号调节通路进行综述。 Autophagy is all eukaryotic cells,including humans,will be deformation and the damage of aging or protein in cells and organelles in dissolving enzyme digestion to clear and maintain its steady state balance in the body cavity a means of degradation. The changes of autophagy mechanism associated with many diseases,such as cancer,neurodegenerative,cardiomyopathy,such as diabetes,liver disease,autoimmune disease and infection. But the mechanisms regulating cell autophagy is a fairly complex process,in this paper,the molecular mechanism of autophagy and signal regulating pathway.
