成釉细胞瘤中Survivin的表达研究进展

THE ADVANCES OF SURVIVIN EXPRESSION IN AMELOBLASTOMA

成釉细胞瘤为最常见的牙源性肿瘤,长期以来一直被视为易复发,易恶变应属"临界瘤"。近年来,通过研究成釉细胞瘤的局部侵袭性及复发机制,发现凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin的表达与成釉细胞瘤肿瘤细胞侵袭性生长呈正相关性,Survivin可能参与成釉细胞瘤发生、发展过程。本文将对成釉细胞瘤中Survivin的表达研究新进展加以综述。

Ameloblastoma which has always been seen as an easily recurrent and cancerated tumor is one of the most common odontogenic tumor. AM belongs to 'Critical tumor'. Recent years,many researches on the invasiveness of AM show that Survivin expression is positive correlation with the invasiveness of AM. Survivn is related to the occurrence and development of ameloblastoma mostly. This article will review the new advances of survivin expression in ameloblastoma.
