Twin-block矫治器在安氏Ⅱ类错牙合中应用研究进展

APPLICATION RESEARCH PROGRESS OF TWIN-BLOCK IN ANGLE's CLASS Ⅱ BONE MALOCCLUSION

国内外许多安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者运用Twin-block矫治器进行矫治均取得了良好的治疗效果。然而很多学者对该矫治器的作用时机及其如何影响硬组织及软组织侧貌等问题存在争议。本文就Twin-block矫治器对安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者硬、软组织的应用机制研究进展作一综述。

Many patients with Angle's class Ⅱ bone malocclusion at home and abroad have been achieved great therapeutic effect by Twin- block. However,a number of scholars have controversial idea on the timing effect and how the hard tissues and soft tissue profile changed during it treated by twin- block. This article reviews the mechanism research progress of hard and soft tissue changes in Angle's class Ⅱ bone malocclusion treated by Twin block.
