微波治疗牙髓和根尖周病的疗效分析

The Analysis of Microwave Treatment on Pulp and Periapical Diseases

目的:分析用微波治疗牙髓和根尖周病的临床疗效。方法:对各种牙髓和根尖周病的患者,用微波消毒处理各感染根管,按常规一次性或分次完成根管治疗术。结果:65例患者经6~12个月随访观察,60例取得满意疗效,4例病情加重,1例拔除患牙。结论:微波消毒根管效果肯定可靠,用微波治疗牙髓和根尖周病操作简便、安全、省时省力,减少了患者就诊次数,缩短了疗程,是一种较为理想的治疗方法。

Objective:To analyze the microwave treatment of pulp and periapical disease in clinical.Methods:Use microwave treatment to deal with the infected root canals on the patients with a variety of pulp and periapical disease,according to once or several times to complete root canal therapy on common.Results:After the second follow-up observation in 6~12 months,during the 65 cases,60 cases obtained satisfactory efficacy,4 cases got heavier,1 case extracted.Conclusion:It is reliable to use microwave in root canal disinfection.Microwave treatment can be simple and safe to reduce the times to clinic or shorten the course of treatment.So it is a good way for treatment.
