^(125)I粒子植入联合姑息性手术治疗晚期胰腺癌6例分析

^(125)I Seed Implantation Combined with Pdlliative Surgical Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic Carcinoma Analysis of 6 Cases

目的:探讨^(125)I粒子植入联合姑息性手术治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效。方法:对6例晚期胰腺癌患者行胰腺肿瘤^(125)I粒子植入联合姑息性手术并观察其疗效。结果:6例患者顺利通过手术,肿物缩小和疼痛减轻,生活质量提高。术后随访:1例失访,1例手术后5个月死亡,患者中最长生存时间28个月,中位生存期9个月。结论:^(125)I粒子植入联合姑息性手术治疗晚期胰腺癌是简单、安全、有效的方法。

Objective:To investigate the ^(125)I seed implantation+palliative surgical treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods:6 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer patients with pancreatic cancer ^(125)I seed implantation+palliative surgery and to observe its effect.Results:6patients passed surgery,tumor reduction and to alleviate pain,improved quality of life.Postoperative follow—up:1 patient lost to follow f and,case in the death of 5 months after surgery,patients with the longest survival time was 28 months,the median survival period of 9 months.Conclusion:^(125)I seed implantation+palliative surgical treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer is a simple,safe and effective.
