BIS与AEP在麻醉深度监测中的研究

摘要 复合麻醉通过合理的麻醉剂量达到最佳麻醉效果,对患者围术期安全与康复具有极为重要的意义。全身麻醉时,血压、心率等传统意识体征,已不能准确反映麻醉深度。近年来脑电双频指数(BIS)和听觉诱发电位指数(AEP index)监测麻醉深度上具有简便、实用、快捷的特点。本文综述BIS和AEPindex在监测临床麻醉深度研究的进展。 In combined anesthesia era,it is significant in achieving the optium anesthesia effort for the patients safety during peroperative period via reasonable dose of anesthe drugs.The traditional signals like blood pressure and HR can not precisely monitor the situation of cerebral cortex.Recently the method of monitoring cerebral cortex has invented,among all the methods the BIS and AEP index are convenient,practical.They are usually used in Anesthesia Inspection.This article is a summary of BIS and AEP index.
