摘要
目的:评价膨胀式髓内钉(Fixion PF)治疗股骨干骨折的临床效果。方法:自2006年10月~2009年3月,本院30例股骨干骨折采用膨胀式髓內钉行闭合复住內固定,其中男性20例,女性10例,平均年龄42岁。结果:30例骨折均愈合,术后临床愈合时间平均为12周,未发生髓內钉断裂、骨髓炎及骨折不愈合。结论:膨胀式髓內钉(Fixion PF)可减少创伤和相关手术并发症,是治疗股骨干骨折的理想方法。
Objective:To report the technique and result of the sxpandable intrumedullary nail system(Fixion PF)for femoral shaft fractures in adults.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of Fixion PF was conducted.10 femail cases,20 mail cases,mean age 42.All cases are close fracture.Results:The average time of clinical and radioprphic union is 12 weeks.There is no implant rupture in internal fixation or osteomyelitis or non-union.Conclusions:The Fixation of expandable intrumedullary nail system(Fixion PF)for femoral shaft fractures is mini-invasive.It also reduce post-operative complications while having a satisfactory recovery.
