摘要
探讨冠状动脉慢血流(CSF)对心肌电活动的影响及相关表现的研究进展。利用《中国期刊全文数据库》、万方数据库,HighWire Press及PubMed查阅1972~2009年有关冠状动脉慢血流变现象与心肌电活动的相关参数的影响的论著和综述,并就冠状动脉慢血流现象对心肌电生理的相关性加以综述。冠状动脉慢血流可导致P波离散度,QT离散度增大,ST段改变。冠状动脉慢血流与心肌电活动有相关性,应引起高度重视,谨慎随访。
To study the Advance of coronary slow flow(CSF) on the impact of cardiac electrical activity and associated performance.Consulting the progress of coronary slow flow and abnormal cardiac electrical activity.from the database of CNKI,wanfangdata,High Wire Press and PubMed Published during the years from 1972 to 2009.Coronary slow flow may lead to P-wave dispersion,QT dispersion increased,ST segment changes.Slow coronary flow and myocardial electrical activity are relevant,should arouse a high degree,follow-up care.
