摘要
目的:总结2003~2008年126例角膜、巩膜裂伤病例,探讨手术技巧对预后的影响。方法:126例伤眼在全麻或局麻下使用10~0缝线在手术显微镜下进行缝合,强调手术技巧。结果:角膜、巩膜伤口均良好愈合,视力不同程度恢复。结论:良好的手术缝合技巧及经验,对角、巩膜裂伤的预后起到至关重要的作用。
Objective:To generate 126 cases with laceration of cornea and sclera from 2003 to 2008.to investigate prognosis influence of operational skill.MethodS:To suture wounded eyes 126 cases with 10-0stitch under operational microscope and strengthen skill.Results:The healing of lacerations of cornea and sclera is well,vision recovery accordingly.Conclusion-.Good operational skill and experience plays important role for prognosis of laceration of cornea and sclera.
