内脂素与心血管疾病相关因素

摘要 内脂素(Visfatin)是新近发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,其反向转录cDNA序列与前B细胞克隆增强因子结构相同。它主要由内脏脂肪组织分泌,可结合并活化胰岛素受体,产生类胰岛素作用,并且能够促进脂肪细胞的分化。进一步研究发现,其还与血管平滑肌细胞成熟、炎症等有关。Vidatin的发现为研究心血管疾病发病机制增加了新的内容,更可能为心血管疾病治疗提供一个新的靶点。
