康尔寿营养粉对大鼠血脂的调节作用

The Effect of Kang Er Shou Nutrithion Powder Regulating the Rat Blood Grease

目的:探讨康尔寿营养粉药效作用机理以及康尔寿营养粉对大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法:选用体重在130~170g的雄性SD大鼠,测得各鼠血脂含量后将大鼠随机分为4组,分别为高脂对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。高脂对照组喂以高脂饲料,低、中、高剂量组在喂高脂饲料的同时喂以各剂量受试物,饲喂28d后,测定各鼠血清血脂含量并与饲喂之前的血脂含量相比较。结果:经统计学检验,低、中、高剂量组与高脂对照组比较,大鼠血清血脂含量均有下降趋势,呈明显剂量反应关系。结论:康尔寿营养粉具有降低大鼠血脂的作用。

Objective:To discuss Kang Er Shou nutrition powder pesticide effect mechanism and the Kang Er Shou nutrition powder adjustment effect to rat blood grease.Methods:Selecting and using the male weight SD rats in 130 to 170 g,measuring such that every mouse blood grease contents queens divide rat random into 4groups including high dosages form respectively for contrast a group,low,middle,high grease dosages are hit by dosages set.The high grease group feeds with high grease feed,at the same time the other groups feeds with high grease and low,middle,high dosages with every dosages that the thing is tried,the fodder blood grease contents before feeding after 28 days,determining every mouse serum blood grease contents and feeding with fodder compare.Results:The group who checks that low,middle,high dosages check against high grease set after statistics compares,rat serum blood grease contents have the go down trend equally,reaction concerns obvious dosages of memoria.Conclusion:Kang Er Shou nutrition powder has the effect reducing the rat blood grease.
