阿昔洛韦联合糖皮质激素治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Effect Observation of Treating Herpes Zoster with Aciclovir and Glucocorticoid

目的:观察阿昔洛韦联合糖皮质激素治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:选取60例无糖皮质激素使用禁忌证的带状疱疹患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例病例。观察组给予阿昔洛韦联合糖皮质激素治疗,对照组给予阿昔洛韦治疗。两组在止痛时间、结痂时间上作比较。结果:观察组在止痛时间上较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在结痂时间上两组无明显差异。结论:在无糖皮质激素使用禁忌证的情况下,积极抗病毒治疗的同时,应早期使用小剂量糖皮质激素,可以明显缩短疼痛时间,减轻症状,减少或防止后遗神经痛的发生。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of aciclovir in combination with glucocorticoid in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods:Sixty patients with herpes zoster without contraindication of using glucocorticoid.They were allocated two groups:the observation group and the control group.Each group had thirty cases.The observation group was treated with aciclovir and glucocorticoid.while the control group was treated with aciclovir.The effect in the two groups were observed and compared in analgesia and crusted time.Results:The observation group was significantly shorter than the control group in analgesia time,the difference was significant(P<0.05);in scab time,the difference was no statistically significant.Conclusion:In conditions of nocontraindication in using glucocorticoid,the active anti-retroviral treatment should be accompanied by the early use of low-dose glucocorticoids can significantly reduce the time of pain,reduce symptoms,reduce or prevent the occurrence of PHN.
