Epidemiological Analysis of HFMD in Huhhot 2009

目的:分析呼和浩特市2009年1~12月手足口病疫情的特点、流行因素及流行病学规律,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法:采用Excel统计软件,运用描述流行病学方法及实验室病原分离、鉴定方法。结果:综合原因造成了手足口病疫情的发生。结论:加强手足口病的监测报告,做好家庭、托幼机构的消毒、健康教育工作是控制疫情的关键。开展手足口病病原学研究,预测其流行规律,有助于提出更好的预防和控制措施。

Objective:To analysize the characteristics,epidemic factors and regular pattern of onset of hand,foot and mouth disease in Huhhot from January to December in 2009.Methods:Employing Excel statistical software,describe the methods of epidemic disease,the separation of pathogen in the lab and identified method.Results:The reason of the onset of hand,foot and mouth disease is from multiple sides.Conclusion:It is key to reinforce the survey and report of hand,foot and mouth disease,perform disinfection in family and kindergartens well and disseminate healthy education.To perform the study epidemic pathogen and predict its regular pattern of onset,which helps to put forward better prevention and control measures.
