阿立哌唑与利培酮对血清泌乳素影响的对照研究

A Controlled Study of Effect on Significance of Serum Prolactin Level Between Aripiprazole and Risperidone

目的:比较抗精神病药物阿立哌唑与利培酮对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素(PRL)的影响,为临床选择具有相同治疗效果但安全范围更大、副作用反应更少的药物提供依据。方法:选取按ICD-10标准诊断精神分裂症的病例83例,以随机双盲的方法给药治疗,并分别于用药后4、8周抽血查血清催乳素(PRL),全部病例完成后揭盲,将服用利培酮的病例设为控制组,服用阿立哌唑的病例设为观察组,以罗氏E-170电化学发光免疫分析仪及配套试剂对照分析两组血清催乳素(PRL)的差异。结果:两组血清泌乳素分别为男性(共39例):服用阿立哌唑(20例)第4周(295.54±198.91)μIU/ml,第8周(291.32±195.50)μIU/ml;服用利培酮(19例)第4周(1 861.20±574.03)μIU/ml,第8周(1 950.28±455.47)μIU/ml;女性(共44例):服用阿立哌唑(23例)第4周(365.54±233.91)μIU/mL,第8周(395.32±241.50)μIU/ml;服用利培酮(21例)第4周(2 613.20±766.00)μIU/ml,第8周(2 950.28±694.47)μIU/ml。而罗氏E-170电化学发光免疫分析仪及配套试剂对泌乳素的分析正常值为:男性(286±208)μIU/ml,女性(382±255)μIU/ml。结论:阿立哌唑与利培酮对血清泌乳素(PRL)的影响明显不同。

Objective:To select much safety and less side effect anti- psychosis drug that compare the effect on signifi cance of serum prolactin(PRL)level between aripiprazole and risperidone treatment in schizophrenia.Method:83 patients with schizophrenia in ICD-10 were treated it by aripiprazole(43)and risperidone(40).Test wear evaluated after treatment the fourth and the eighth weeks.All cases wear completed we make the patient treated by aripiprazole for test group and make the patient treated by risperdone for control group,then analyze their difference.Results:PRL of test group:male(295.54 ± 198.91)μIUml in the fourth week,(291.32 ±195.50)μIUml in the eighth week;female(365.54 ±233.91)μIUml in the fourth week,(395.32 ± 241.50)μIUml in the eighth week.PRL of control group:male(1861.20 ± 574.03)μUml in the fourth week,(1950.28 ± 455.47)μUml in the eighth week;female(2 613.20 ± 766.00)μIUml in the fourth week,(2950.28 ± 694.47)μIUml in the eighth week,E-170 and Roche electrochemiluminence immunoassay analyzers and reagents for the analysis of normal prolactin were:male(286 ± 208)μIUml,eomen(382 ± 255)μIUml.Conclusion:Aripiprazole influence on serum PRL level di fferent from ri sperdone.
