摘要
目的:探讨手术治疗慢性结核性脓胸的方法和疗效。方法:回顾分析我院2008年9月~2010年3月90例患者的临床资料和手术方法。结果:90例手术时间平均3.2 h,术中出血平均320 ml,术后胸腔引流管留置时间平均8 d。所有患者均临床治愈,脓腔消失,瘘口闭合,肺内结核病灶稳定,无呼吸衰竭和切口感染发生。结论:手术是治疗慢性结核性脓胸的有效方法,疗效满意。
Objective:To explore results and effections about surgicaltherapy of chronic tuberculous empyema.Methods:To analyses clinical materials of 90 cases in our hospital from September,2008 to march,2010 retrospectively.Results:The operative time is from 2 to 4 hours,the average is 3.2 hours.Hemorrhage volume is from 200 ml to 600 ml,the average is 320 ml;the time of drainage tube is from 5 days to 12 days,the average is8 days.All of the cases are cured and the pulmonary tuberculosis are stable,the rate of incision infection and respiratory failure is zero in 90 cases.Conclusion:The surgical therapy is an effective approach to treat chronic tuberculous empyema.The result is satisfied.
