肌间血管瘤的MR诊断

MRI Diagnosis of Inter Muscular Hemangioma

目的:探讨肌间血管瘤磁共振成像信号特点。方法:回顾性分析17例经手术病理证实的肌肉间血管瘤的MR信号特征。结果:T1WI上2例病灶表现为与肌肉组织呈等信号,15例病灶为稍高信号;17例病灶在T2WI上均显示为不均匀高信号,且在T1WI及T2WI上均可见点状、蚯蚓状低信号影。结论:肌肉间血管瘤其信号基本反映了组织学病理特征,依据其MR信号特点在大多数情况下能作出定性诊断。

Objective:To discuss the characteristics of magnetic resonancei maging(MRI) in intermuscular hemangioma.Methods:The size,margin,morphology and signal pattern of the lesions in MRI findings in 17cases with inter muscular hemangioma proved pathologically were retrospectively analyzed.Results:In T1W I positi on,there were 2 patients whose focuses showed the same signals as muscular tissue and 15 patients whose focuses showed intense signals.All the 17 patients' focuses showed uneven intense signals inT2WI positi on.Weak dot-like,earthworm- like signals were found in both TIWI and T2WI positi on.Conclusion:The MR signal of Soft tissue hemangiomain muscle relected the histology feature of lesion.The lesion could usually be diagnosed correctly according to MRI characteristics and clinical data.
