膝退行性骨关节病软骨改变与MRI的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 膝退行性骨性关节病又称骨性关节炎(Osteoarthritis,OA),实际上并非炎症,主要为退行性变,属关节提前老化,特别是关节软骨的老化。骨关节炎是老年人群中最常见的关节疾病之一,膝关节受累最为常见,其引起的下肢疼痛、活动受限等症状的概率明显高于其它疾病,局部疼痛是OA患者最常见的主诉。OA是一种以关节软骨变性和丢失及关节边缘和软骨下骨质再生为特征的慢性关节炎疾病。该病的始发部位在软骨,膝关节由股骨内外侧髁和胫骨内外侧髁以及髌骨构成,是人体中最大最复杂的关节,损伤非常常见,传统的影像学检查方法在膝关节损伤诊断方面有很大的局限性,MRI因其具有良好的软组织分辨率和较高的空间分辨率,已成为目前国内外较为常用的影像学检查手段。本文主要就膝关节骨软骨损伤的诊断及研究进展进行概述。
