超声引导水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠50例分析

Analysis of 50 Cases of the Cure of Intussusceptions in Children by Ultrasound-guided Hydrostatic Enema

目的:分析超声引导水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠的复位方法,优缺点,注意事项。方法:本组50例,均在超声引导下经水压灌肠进行肠套叠复位。结果:复位成功48例,住院0.5天。复位失败改手术治疗2例,住院15天。结论:超声引导水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠,操作简单,无创伤,安全性高,住院时间短。

Objective:To analyze the operation reseting method and advantages and disadvantages about the cure of Intussusceptions in children by Ultrasound- guided hydrostatic enema and matters that need attention.Methods:the 50 cases were all treated by Ultrasound- guided hydrostatic Enema.Resnlt:48 of the cases succeeded with 0.5 days of hospital stay,but 2 failed and subsequently were operated on,therefore they stayed at hospital for 15 days.Conclusions:the cure of Intussusceptions in children by Ultrasound- guided hydrostatic enema is easy and safe with patients no wound and a short period of hospital stay.
