白内障超声乳化手术的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of Phacoemulsification Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨白内障超声乳化围手术期护理,减少手术并发症。方法:术前完善各项术前检查,给予积极的心理护理,作好饮食指导及眼部准备工作;术后注意病情观察,做好生活指导、心理护理、用药护理及出院指导。结果:患者术后未发生1例严重并发症。术后视力恢复较为满意。结论:加强对白内障围手术期的护理及健康教育,能有效防止并发症的发生,明显提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the perioperative nursing methods for patients who underwent phacoemulsification of cataract surgery in order to reduce complication incidence.Methods: Preoperative tests were competed,positive psychological support,dietary guidance and eye preparations were provided before the surgery;kept close observation after the operation and provided comprehensive guidance of medication at discharge.Results: No case of severe complication was observed,all patients were satisfied with the postoperative visual acuity.Conclusion: Proper perioperative nursing for patients who underwent phacoemulsification of cataract surgery can prevent complications and raise patients' life quality.
