为了提高妇科细菌性感染的抗菌治疗水平,保障妇科患者用药安全及减少细菌耐药性,本文分析了近年来医院妇产科医生对抗生素的应用现状,对妇科感染性疾病中最重要的细菌性感染的治疗原则、预防性应用指征及合理给药方案的制定原则进行了阐述。

In order of improve the gynecolocial treatment of bacterial infection level,to security of gynecological patients medication safety and reduction of bacterial drug resistance,we analyzes the recent hospital obstetrics and gynecology doctors of antibiotic application,and expounded the most important infectious diseases in treatment of bacterial infections of the principle,the prophylactic application of indication and reasonable administration plan formulation principles.
