唇腭裂儿童的艾森克个性问卷调查

摘要 目的:探求先天性唇腭裂儿童的个性状态,对其进行心理疏导和个体治疗提供依据。方法:调查对象包括7~13岁先天性唇腭裂患者(除外身体其它畸形)30例和年龄相仿的正常儿童对照组30例,采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)(儿童卷)进行个性调查。结果:唇腭裂儿童与正常儿童对照组的个性心理状况有显著性差异(P【0.05)。结论:唇腭裂儿童的个性不良与唇腭裂畸形有关,在矫治唇腭裂的同时必须注意个性不良的防治。 Objective:Objective To approach the personality of the children with congenital cleft lip and/or palate,and to provide evidence for their psychological support and treatment.Methods:The subject were 30 cases(aged 7 to 13) of the children congenital with cleft lip and/or palate(expect malformation of physical) and 30 normal children controls.Both groups were investigated by Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ)(Junior).Results:Statistically significant difference between the children with cleft lip and/or palate and the normal children controls,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion: The poor personality in children with cleft lip and/or palate is related to cleft lip palate malformation.It is necessary to pay attention to the prevention of poor personality while the cleft and palate is treated.
