摘要 弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)是一种能反映活体水分子弥散特性的功能成像技术,可提供反映细胞水平组织改变和肿瘤细胞构成及细胞膜完整性的重要信息。MRI的技术进步使DWI在腹部应用成为现实。现就DWI在肝脏恶性肿瘤诊断和疗效评估中的应用现状和面临的困难及发展方向作一综述。 DWI is a functional imaging technique that reflects the diffusion characteristic ofwater in vivo.The technique provides im-portant information that reflects changes at a cellular level and unique insights about tumor cellularity and the integrity of cell membranes.Recent advances enable the technique to bewidely applied fortumor evaluation in the abdomen.In this article,we presentthe applicationcondition and current challenge in the diagnosis and the evaluation of the curative effect of focal heptic lesions,and future developments.
