血管回声跟踪技术评价糖尿病患者动脉弹性的研究进展

The Progress of Echo-tracking Technology in Evaluation of Arterial Elasticity In patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

准确评估2型糖尿病患者血管早期动脉粥样硬化情况并早期诊断,可减少患者的血管并发症。血管回声跟踪技术(Echo-tracking,ET)是一项用于早期检测血管弹性功能改变的新技术,本文就ET技术的原理、测量方法和该方法在2型糖尿病患者动脉弹性的临床应用研究情况作一综述。

Objective:Accurate evaluation of early stage in type 2 diabetic patients by ultrasound can reduce blood vessel complications.Echo-tracking technology which uses for early vascular elasticity function is a new technology.This review is about Echo-tracking technology with its image formation principal and parameters including their formula;and introduces the clinical value about carotid arterial elasticity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
