伴有冲动攻击行为的慢性精神分裂症患者静息态功能磁共振研究

Electrostatic Gunctional Magmetic Resonance of Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia with Impulsive Attack Behavior

目的应用功能磁共振(fMRI)分析伴有冲动攻击行为的精神分裂症患者静息状态下脑影像改变。方法采集患者组78名,正常对照组32名患者一般人口学资料及静息态下脑影像学资料进行统计学分析。结果相较正常对照,患者组局部一致性(ReHo)及低频振幅(ALFF)均有若干脑区存在统计学差异。结论伴有冲动攻击行为的精神分裂症患者存在明显的静息态fMRI异常。

Objective To explore the effect for the schizophrenia patients withimpulsively aggressive behavior by using function magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)in resting state.Method To collect the general social data and the fM RI data of 78 schizophrenia patients with impulsively aggressive behavior and 32 normal controlsand analysis them by statistical software.Results Compared with normal controls,there were significantly difference in ReHo and ALFF in schizophrenia patients group.Conclusion The schlzopnrenla patients Witn ImpUlsiveIy aggresslve behavlor Were Significantly abnormal in resting fMRI.
